Vol au Vents (Puff Pastry Shells) filled with shrimp in a classic Tarragon Buerre Blanc , from our Menu Afrancesada, a fusion of French and Mexican ingredients and techniques.  Vol au Vents  are also available filled with Chicken in Mole or as an appetizer, in miniature filled with Baby Shrimp in Tarragon Buerre Blanc

Apoyo is one of those words that defies translation. Literally, it means "support"; but in  Mexico it means much, much more. Neighbors work together to actually build their communities' infrastructure, extended families cooperate to make the fiestas that mark life's important moments, like weddings and baptisms, financially possible, and extended families provide support that the government doesn't. In that same spirit, we work with our immediate community and in Mexico.

We donate 2% of catering proceeds to One Heart World-Wide, a not-for-profit whose mission is saving the lives of women and infants in need, one birth at a time; because "every mother deserves a baby to cradle, not a tiny body to bury". .

Festive

Photo by Adriana Alamzan Lahl from Celebraciones Mexicanas, All RIGHTS RESERVED Chiles en Nogada- a virtual Mexican flag on a plate, this is a signature dish from the convents of Puebla and one of the most delicious, every bite of the picadillo or stuffing, made with grass-fed ground beef, dried apricots and raisins and spices, is like a bite of heaven. Topped with a Walnut (Nogada) Sauce and finished off with Pomegranate seeds.
